How Sentient Productions was created
Sentient is a multimedia based film crew located in Houston, TX. Founded in 2008, the original group consisted of three individuals seeking to learn more about film production. These three members were Bryan Spector, Jonny Mejia and Jackson Canales. Currently, Sentient has expanded its members as well as services. Our original intent was to create movies, however, music videos are now our main objective along with photography and audio production. Youtube has given us a chance to shine our brightest and make new content for our audiences. We thank you for watching our videos! |

Philosophy of Sentience
"The mind of a sentient being is not a product of biological processes, but something primordial which has existed since beginningless time." It is the seperation of body and mind; becoming aware of your surroundings and using your acquired knowledge to manipulate those surroundings. "Sentience is the ability to sense. It is separate from, and not dependent on, aspects of consciousness." Sentience is such a powerful mechanism observed within the human brain, that it can never truly be understood. No matter how much research is invested within the development of neuroscience, self-awareness of reality can never truly be defined. To become a Sentient, you must be fully conscious. It is the definition of magnified awareness. It is the ability to perceive suffering and pleasure. It is what gives us senses and feelings.
